Ladymede stands in its own grounds at the foot of the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire.
Whilst following the outlines of the National Curriculum, the boys and girls are prepared for Common Entrance 11+ and 12+ and Bucks County 11+ and 12+, with an excellent rate of success. There is a well-qualified teaching staff.
A good, all-round education is provided at Ladymede, involving a well-balanced curriculum. Children are encouraged to be self-disciplined, confident and cheerful individuals. Traditional values including courtesy, good manners and care for others are seen as important aspects of life at Ladymede.
There is ample provision for sport and leisure activities, including the school's own Brownie Pack, and pre-Beaver 'Gryphons' Pack.
A homely, caring atmosphere prevails throughout the school. Casual boarding facilities are available together with all-day care for day children (breakfast and tea included) to assist working parents.
